The Mechanical and Electrical Industries (JS) Company was established by the acc. Of resolution of the general people's committee № 92 for year 2005 with capital of 70 million Libyan Dinars in which it has the legal capacity and practices its tasks and activities according to the commercial law. The objectives of the company in the investment in the commercial, economical, productive and services especially in the field of the Mechanical and Electrical Industries and all related to it.
